Dear Parents and Carers,
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for the wonderful job you are doing to support us through these changing times. We are continuning to transition to our remote Online Learning Platform and have been very pleased with the success of the program so far. Thank you to parents and carers who are taking on the role of teacher at home and supporting your child with their work. Please do what you can at home and enjoy this prescious time with your children. The health and well-being of our families is most important at this place in time.
To the students that are working from home, we miss your beautiful, smiling faces that light up our every day. We are so proud of you and the way you are working at home and trialling new ideas.
To the students that are still with us at school, thank you for being so positive and happy each day and continuing to carry on with your learning at school. It has been lovely to see you each day.
Thank you so much to our essential workers who are working on the front line and keeping our community safe. We are very grateful to you all.
Thank you to Fr Dan, Fr Rembert and Fr Baiju for your support, spiritual guidance and prayers.
A huge thank you to all staff at St Benedict's who are working very hard behind the scenes. Special thanks to the teachers who are constantly trialling new ways of learning and teaching online. We are extremely grateful for the lovely messages of support from parents in support of the work they are doing.
We are all on a learning journey together as we navigate the time ahead of us. Please stay safe and contact us at any time if needed.
Rachel & the St Benedict's Staff
